Who is Starlink solving for?

Starlink promised to bring high-speed internet to the remotest areas, but with an initial cost of ₹52k and an annual price tag of over ₹2L it seems more like a luxury for the wealthy than a solution for underserved communities. Meanwhile, Bharti Airtel and Reliance Jio offer similar speeds at a fraction of the cost.

With no government schemes in sight, has "accessible internet for all" become just another empty promise?

Reminds me how OpenAI ➡️ Closed AI. Will responsible capitalism only remain a concept for textbooks? 🤔
